As in the screen shot i have same (numbers) format in the row, however when i multiply the highlighted i did not get the right answer. I have set 2 decimal for all the cells and the format for all is also same but still not getting the right answer.
How to fix this error ?

Do you mean you went to Data Format and set Decimals: to 2?
That only affects how the numbers are displayed. The actual numbers in the cells may have more than two decimal places.
If you want the numbers in the cells to actually be rounded to 2 decimal places, rather than just displaying with 2 decimals, then you can use the ROUND function.
When you multiply the rounded values you should get the result you were expecting.

Sorry, was on iPhone and mistyped. Try:
=ROUND(I72,2)*ROUND(J72,2)
Have you looked at the link to the description of the ROUND function?

What was incorrect with this post? What answer were you expecting? If the inputs were rounded, you'll only get a result as good as the number of significant digits.
In your post 1466.67 * 16.58 = 24317.3886 which rounds to 24317.39
But, for example, if the input cells are really 1466.66666666 * 16.577575757 your end result will be different, even rounded.
Not that I don't trust you, but I basically trust nobody.
Can you please select all 3 cells and increase the number of decimals that are displayed to 4.
You can do this without changing any formula, just change the format.
Then post a screenshot.

Once after i applied ROUND function to the cells. this result i get.
If value one is in B2 and value two in C2 then try
=ROUND(B2)*ROUND(C2)
What value are you expecting?

i also tried the ROUND function =ROUND(A x B, 2) but could not get the right answer.
ROUND function is applied to all the 3 cells.
Tried, and this was the result.
Tried this now, it did removed the error signs however the answer was not correct.
