iPhones 12 and 12 pro hacked through ms authenticator and google, factory reset but still have issues in safari and apps they spoofed

I had my iPhone 12 and 12 pros completely hacked they gained access of my Gmail first and somehow spread all the way to my ms authenticator gaining them access to all my passswords. I thk they got my gmail by me clicking a reset password link I thought was sent by google. I now know they spoof all that even text code resets. Had my Amazon, PayPal, banking, all social media compromised bcuz of this. Question is how can I completely clear out safari and specifically bing and google I don’t want in there. They also hacked my bing ai and can send links and my Snapchat AI is hacked but that’s whatever. I’m trying to salvage something I can’t even login to my provider website properly they spoof it immediately you can tell bcuz it’s quick at the beginning it falls down from the top, the hackers “website” you login there and boom they have your info. At least now I know the font is just a little different and a lot of times the company background will be white for some reason. You live you learn, all I know is I know all about the phone now and it’s not a simple reset they have it hiding somewhere. It was in my iCloud storage but I deleted from there and I’m at a loss. This has been 2 weeks almost of hardly sleeping bcuz they’re getting in my accounts . Any help is greatly appreciated. Yes i know i sound crazy and no one believes me but you’d be amazed at what they do
