Money debited from both Upi Mandate and Apple balance for the Same Subscription of Good Notes 6

Hi Ive taken a trail for Good Notes 6 after adding a Upi Mandate through PhonePe, but unfortunately I didnt have money in the bank so I bought apple gift card for the same and processed the payment. Soon after I got Cash in the bank It got deducted from the Autopay as-well. The Money got deducted twice from me...!

Is there any way so I can get a refund...?

I have raised an issue with PhonePe they replied saying contact Apple Services.
