i want to remove my existing visa card details and wants to refresh it. As i am unable to delete it and refresh and want to pay it with the same visa card. Please help

my iCloud storage is full and i am unable to receive my email and for the i have store my visa card details 3 month back and from last 2 months my bank has change the online payment policy on save card detail on iPhone and i want to removed existing visa card details and store again to purchase 50GB storage on iCloud.

If you have active subscriptions, you'll want to add the new payment method prior to removing the old method. To do that, use the steps here: Remove a payment method from your Apple ID - Apple Support

You can then add the new payment method using these steps: Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Apple Support
