MacOS Sonoma update affecting my Screen Time
Tips is running constantly in the background taking up 24hr of my Screen Time every day. I set a time limit for Tips, but this does nothing.

If you have an unwanted process running in the background, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
- Restart your Mac to see if it stops Shut down or restart your Mac.
- See if you can locate it in the Activity Monitor and quit the process Quit an app or process in Activity Monitor on Mac.
- Boot into safe mode as it performs a check on your startup disk and clears caches Use safe mode on your Mac.
