Ios 17 iphone 14 pro Slow animations and system response

Hello, im having trouble with ios 17 animations. it just feel not right. i went back to ios 16 but my watch was not able to pair so i had to go back again to ios 17. its all up to date and is a fresh install.

The animations and the keyboard press is kinda slow, am i the only one having this issue?
