Greetings rezaul240,

The article that you joined the Apple Support Communities is an excellent article. Did you follow all the steps from that page; If your AirPods or AirPods Pro won't connect - Apple Support?

If you're connecting your AirPods to an iPhone or iPad, make sure they are on the latest software. The latest version of iOS and iPadOS is 17.0.2. If you're connecting to a Mac, the latest version of macOS is 14. If you need help with updating your device, you can use these links for support:

Are you able to see that the AirPods are taking a charge? If not, try connecting them to a different Lightning to USB-C Cable to see if this helps to correct the problem. Test to see if your device can connect to other Bluetooth devices. Test to see if the AirPods themselves can connect to any other device.

Reset your AirPods. Check to see if this helps to correct the problem. You can reset your AirPods by following the steps on this page: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support.

If the issue remains with your AirPods, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support directly. You can reach out to them by clicking here: Get Support or over the phone by calling the number that is most local to your region: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support.

We hope this information helps you out.

Kind regards!
