I am getting no sound alerts when getting emails. iPhone pro Max, IOS ver. 17.0.2
My phone stooped giving me sound alerts when I get an email. Sound alerts work fine for incoming text messages or other alerts.

Please start by checking your notification settings to be sure that Mail is set up the way you would expect: Use notifications on your iPhone or iPad.
Please also note that if you have a Focus enabled, it may mute new notifications. You can view how to manage your Focus settings here: Use Focus on your iPhone or iPad.
If you are only noticing that these notifications are missing when you are listening with headphones, you’ll also want to be sure that headphone notifications are enabled: Headphone notifications on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch.
Please reply back if you continue to notice missing notifications after following the instructions above.
