Bluetooth adapter to add distance for wireless headset on Macbook Pro

I am using Plantronics BT600 wireless headset with my Macbook PRO. The bluetooth works fine when I'm at my laptop, but when I am more than 10 feet away, I lose connection. I'm looking to get an adapter to increase the distance. Does anyone know if Avantree DG60P Long Range 5.3 Bluetooth Adapter works and if so, any good? Description states it works for iMac.

thank you

I have no idea. I tend to read the customer reviews and then if it doesn't meet the specs as I believe a device should, I return it to Amazon for a refund. I've done this many times over the years.

In essence it's a signal booster and that technology is mature; I'd expect it to do pretty much what it advertises, but the distance given is the very best you'll ever get under perfect conditions so keep that in mind.

I just take my iPhone or iPad with me. I have the phone with me pretty much all the time anyway.
