"A keychain cannot be found to store"

I am replacing the OS to an external SSD for performance reasons. It's on an iMac 2019 with Fusion Drive. Once Sonoma is installed on the external SSD it looks okay until I need to login with my AppleId. It then comes back with the message "A keychain cannot be found to store "1060457406" " with the options 'Cancel' or 'Reset to Defaults'. With both options I go into the same loop.
