Where are the updated iOS 17, IPadOS 17, & WatchOS 10 User Guides in Books?

As of today, October 2, 2023, iOS 17, iPadOS 17, and WatchOS 10 user guides have not been uploaded to the Apple Book Store. It still shows the last versions of all 3 before the big updates (screen captured photos below). I've been asking around social media, Apple Support, and friends, but no one has been able to assist me. I like to read up on everything when I either get a new device and/or when a major update occurs. I already know about the very small and short user guide website. Any help would be appreciated?

Inexplicably, Apple have not released downloadable Apple Books versions of User Guides for the latest versions iOS/iPadOS 17 devices, AppleTV, Apple Watch etc.

By example:

Read and bookmark the iPad User Guide – Apple Support

At present, the only new/updated User Guides for are online linked webpages that can be accessed using a Web Browser - or using the Tips App. As such, unless you have an active network and internet connection, it is impossible to access reference material.

Apple invites submission of comments via its Product Feedback portal. If you would like to ask Apple to reconsider this surprising and unhelpful change, you would be best advised to use this communication channel to express your views to Apple. For iPad and iPadOS:

Feedback - iPad - Apple

Otherwise:

Product Feedback - Apple
