Sonoma Aerial Wallpaper Storage Size and Location
After installing MacOS Sonoma I downloaded the wallpaper shuffle for all aerials (135 aerials). I later thought about the large size of files I was downloading, and wanted to know where the new wallpapers for sonoma were stored, so I found them at the location: (/Library/Application Support/com.apple.idleassetsd/Customer/4KSDR240FPS).
When I found them I decided to see how much storage they were taking up. It says I have 85 downlaoded which are taking up in total 45 gigabites of storage on my computer, this is crazy and I don't want this make of my disk taken up by wallpapers!
However, when I go to settings -> general -> Storage, it doesn't show them in any category. Is MacOS hiding them, are they not actually stored on my computer, what is going on?
I tested the wallpapers without wifi on and they still loaded, so they are not stored on the cloud.
