Iphone 12 goes into edit mode on its own and now it's stuck

My Iphone 12 goes into edit mode on its own and now it is stuck in the same mode. None of the resolutions are helpful. I have tried most of the solutions proposed in the community and on web. I have tried rebooting the phone, removing the screen protector and cleaning the display, making different changes in the settings to resolve the issue. But, none seems to be working. Please help and suggest how to fix this.
