Yesterday I upgraded a iPhone SE to a iPhone 13 and I severely regret it

I tried all night last night to program the phone to get it work right follow the directions never could get it to work then my neighbor tried then she got Apple support on. He made me change my phone number changed all these things around and it was working fine when I was at my neighbors house as soon as I go back up the hill it’s not working it’s saying I’m not in network. I am in network I have straight talk. I bought it through Walmart. The phone is basically dead.

We’ve changed usernames we’ve changed phone numbers we’ve changed everything password you name it we’ve done it we’ve jump to all the hoops and nothing is working. I live in the middle of a country I’m not in the city you’re an apple store and I’m not near a Walmart.

It keeps saying I have used my password too many times which is fine if you could just reset it please. Secondly it says I’m not in service when I’m up there but I paid for service at Walmart. I have proof of that $55 and I expect it to work.
