If you're moving from one iPhone to a new one, and need to transfer your eSIM look over the steps here:
While eSIM transfers are carrier dependent, if your carrier supports that feature, the info under the "Use eSIM Quick Transfer on iPhone" section walks through the steps to transfer the eSIM.
If you're not presented with such an option or can't transfer your eSIM, then contact your carrier for additional assistance.
