Cannot unsubscribe Hayu subscription

I signed up for Hayu under my Apple ID, when i try to cancel it by pushing the red “cancel subscription” in my Apple ID subscription area, the writing goes grey and the flicks back to red and nothing happens, so I can’t cancel the subscription. Any ideas on this? Is it a known Apple glitch and how do I fix this! Thank you

Unable to cancel Subscriptions I am unable to cancel any subscriptions. I just get a list of "other" choices and no cancel button. All the documentation on the apple site appears wrong here, and even the advertised Apple Support app in the Apple App store never shows up in my list. what the heck?!?
