My Mac has a screen that shows support.apple.com/mac/startup with folder contains question mark flashing what can I do to make my laptop working > I need help if someone can fixed and recover my data near Yokohama , Japan.

That means your Mac cannot located a Start up disk or the OS is not available, which likely indicates a failure of some sort.
