I’ve just dropped my phone in it’s MagSafe case and the case cracked is it covered if I Bought it from a different outlet

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

Possibly, but chances that you will get a free replacement may not be likely. Apple provides a one-year warranty for each of its products against manufacturing defects, but not for accidents.


If you purchased your iPhone & this case at the same time, and elected to get an AppleCare+ plan along with that purchase AND if the plan is still active, you may find that you can get a replacement at a reduced cost.
