someone has still my credit card

someone has still my account details , then afterwards I'll made a successful payment , apple iphone requires me insert a new credit card , then : meanwhile : can't download apps , and using my accounts are pending on a fake processing on others guys who's stilling my credit card , ads about : you're got an issue with biiling , then my credit card with money , no any issues , while the corrupts error requires me insert a new credit card , how do i'll fix it ?

From what you are saying, you are the victim of card fraud. That is something you need to resolve with your bank.

Apple may require the presence of a card before you can make purchases. Get the old one working again or use a different card if you have one.

On an iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the Settings app.
