I had to file an insurance claim and the new Phone says it has to have the iOS updated but after downloading update - the thing is just spinning beside the “install now” when I clicked it and it’s sat like this for over 8 hours and still hasn’t moved or shown any progress whatsoever.

Not helpful that I can see.
It’s a 12 and the 15 is about to come out. The iOS is at 17 but the replacement doesn’t have any updates and it downloaded the update but there isn’t even a bar to show it’s started. It’s just spinning beside “install now”. For 2 days so I pulled out the sim and had to use broken phone until I figure it out. It won’t update or anything without a sim card. I cannot go into settings etc so I’m lost
