Need to contact Apple legal about an illegal App

I am trying to let the legal department know about an app currently available on the App Store which appears to allow its users to “dox” or share personal information of others without their consent. This information includes, but is not limited to, photos, residential addresses, driver’s licenses, and Social Security numbers. Such functionalities not only contravene Apple’s guidelines on privacy and security, but they also risk enabling identity theft and other significant privacy violations.

however, all i got back is that they don’t provide email support.
