How can I rearrange my Genius Bar appointment?

You can cancel your appointment by finding your store on the "Find a store" page, then scrolling down and clicking "Manage your reservations". Here's a link to the "Find a store" page: Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple

Start by finding your store on the "Find a store" page, Here's a link to the "Find a store" page: Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple, then click Genius Bar make a reservation, then you will sign into icloud if you haven’t already, click your profile picture on the right hand side, click support activity, and it will show you a list of your appointments, giving you the option to click view details to cancel that appointment.
