Deleting Spam events messages appearing in Calendar

Thinking this worked for me-match the dot color in front of the spam message then find the same color dot on the left side list of various calendars-then tap the red circle with the i in it and turn off event alert. I’m my case I had a blue dot in front of the spam-found blue dot which was personal shopping calendar and turnoff event alert.

So far so good!

One solution is to delete completely the e-mails (and I do mean e-mails, not calendar events) that contain these invitations. I suspect that Siri might be indirectly responsible by "helping" to place those events automatically in the calendar when an e-mail containing an invite is received.

Apple, we know you monitor these discussions, what are you doing to solve this problem??

Are you syncing any other Calendars, such as those with an Outlook, Hotmail, or Google account? If there is no unsubscribe option, then unsync your other calendars and most likely the problem will be solved.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! To remove spam calendars on your iPad, follow the steps below from the article Delete spam calendars and events on iPhone:

1. "Open the Calendars app. 
2. Tap the unwanted Calendar event.
3. Tap Unsubscribe from this Calendar at the bottom of the screen.
4. To confirm, tap Unsubscribe."

I tried that---- it did delete the spam calendar items but It also delated all of my other things on my calendar that I had added using that calendar --This is what they look like -- They are on my "Calendar" Calendar and I can't make them go away

THe problem is that the spam events are on my "Calendar" that all my events that I add are in. The interesting thing is that the spam events don't show up on my laptop or my PC

I would appreciate any help anyone could offer me. I wish I could figure out---

I am getting the same in my calendar and it won’t let me delete them I click delete and it won’t do it can anyone help me I get at least 10 in one day .. I do notice that if you take the name and go to your email they can be found there but it is annoying any help

Post a screen shot of the notice. It may not be related to the calendar at all.

The problem is that the events are all in my "Calendar". the one that I use to enter any event into my calendar---I have tried everything - any ideas would be appreciated

There is no place to click unsubscribe on these messages. So now what do I do?

I’m having the same issue and I can’t delete the calendar because I need it for my other appointments

it’s the Spam one that keeps showing up every day that will not go away
