Why can’t I move my Apple Card to Apple Cash

Not sure if you’re referring to Apple Card Mastercard or Apple Gift card. But in either case, it against the terms and conditions for their use.

Apple Card Mastercard does not have a PIN and doesn’t permit Cash Advances. Apple Gift card is non-refundable and non-transferable.

I suspect you’re going to have to discuss that with Apple Support.

Or if you added money to an Apple ID, that money only goes to Apple, and you’ll need to discuss any potential refund with Apple.

Or a Gift Card? The money associated with Apple Gift Cards only ever go to Apple. You can make your case with Apple, but I’d not be hopeful.
