Thank you. I did try all that and updated firmware.
It seems like I was having an issue with our office printer, a Xerox. It had que’d 500 jobs. No idea why. Deleted that printer and now Canon works fine.

What's the error?
Did you try restarting the router and the printer, deleting and re-adding the printer?
Glad you got it working, whatever the Xerox was doing.
Resetting the print system is a good troubleshooting step, except you have to add your printers back.

I am also having issue with printing since the Sonoma update. I can't print directly from my external programs and the printing is very very slow when it is printing.
