Stickers feature not available on iPhone 15 Pro

I switched from my iphone 13 pro with iOS 17 to an iPhone 15 Pro and now I've lost a bunch of features. I had no problems with the iOS upgrade on my 13 Pro. This post is about the Stickers feature not being an option on my phone for more than a day. I tried the work around that someone else posted (log out of icloud, turn off imessage, log back in, turn back on). While it worked for a day, I lost them again the next day. I like the stickers and I'm glad that Apple finally gave us a way to create our own so I'm hoping someone has a workable solution or this gets fixed. Thank you!

This may help others, it helped me!

After backing up my phone and restoring it back to factory settings, I was able to get my phone fixed. I homes didn’t think it would work. I even went as far as to make videos with my iPad for Apple, to show them that I did do this, because I do have a scheduled meeting with them today. Now when they call, I will be able to give them the good news!

I cannot promise this will help others also struggling. I do recommend anyone who is having trouble, to try it.

I’m glad that I did!

I wanted to update on what I did, and how it worked.

Apple is aware of the issue. I know because I did call and talk to them about it. I also let them know how to fix the issue. That I found. That did fix the issue for me.

You will need to back up your phone then factory reset it. (Yes I know that is a pain) that is what worked for me.

I have had no issues since doing this. I did this back in October.

I hope this helps

Yes, that is what I ultimately did. Googled online, the Apple chat line, then level 2, level 3, finally got to level 4. All very nice folks. 12 hours altogether, multiple tried fixes...ultimately had to wipe out and start over. Now dealing with the sequel to those "other" changes. Very frustrating but the Apple folks were very nice. Wish I could have gotten to level 4 faster as levels 2-3 just were able to kick the can.
