My Apple Watch is silent
For some reason my watch has gone silent, I have tried turning volumes up, it’s not on silent, tried all things that I know, still no sound

Have you restarted both your Apple Watch and iPhone since this issue occurred?
Try taking those steps if you haven't already. Restarts clear minor software issues and refresh the system sounds:
After restarting, check to see if sounds come through on Apple Watch.
If no sounds or haptics continue to play, try unpairing and pairing your Apple Watch again to make sure any errors in watchOS are cleared out:
