I bought a MacBook Air M2 4 months ago everything was going perfectly but suddenly my Macbook reduced the battery capacity by 100% to 94% in one week the cycle count is just 49 i am very worried please help if anyone know the issue

It's not a problem. Its maximum charge capacity will fluctuate up and down or stagnate from one charge cycle to the next. That's normal.
