monthly challenges not readable

You can try these steps to view your October challenge.

On your iPhone:

1. Open the Fitness app
2. On the Summary tab, tap Show More next to Awards
3. Next to Monthly Challenges, tap Show All
4. Tap on the month in progress and you should see how to earn the award.

On your Apple Watch:

1. Open the Activity App
2. Tap the Awards icon in the bottom right
3. Tap Monthly Challenges
4. Tap on the month in progress and you can see how to earn the award.

I stumbled on it accidentally but you can scroll to see what the challenge is and your progress. After tapping open the challenge badge, you won’t see the scroll bar but it will show up if you tap/swipe down in the very top right corner of the watch.

I shouldn’t have to revert to the Activity app via my phone to know what the Monthly Challenge is and this is what I did for Jan and Feb 2024.

As when I touch on the challenge badge via my watch I am unable to scroll to see what the challenge is

i agree the new ios makes it difficult to check monthly progress.

I was able to see the Oct monthly progress last week (on the watch) but this week it has disappeared. Only previous months are available. My ios is up to date (10.0.1). Can anyone advise?

I can view all 12 months and their challenges, but they only show prior history. They show if it was completed in a prior year, but are there not new versions of the challenges in future years? It shows January challenge completed in 2022 but I want to know what the January 2024 challenge is!

Yes I’m having the exact same problem! Mine disappeared too since the last update. Don’t appreciate Apple changing nearly the whole the functionality. I subconsciously knew where everything was. Now I manically press every button in the hope to find what I’m looking for. So I’ve had to learn how to use again! .. At least add to tips next time! 🤦🏻‍♀️

The solution offered does not work. My watch only shows challenges through 11/23

my watch shows the challenge but it’s below the screens depth and not scrollable.

Hi! Did you find a solution? I’ve looked everywhere for January 24 challenge.

Same- but I can’t see progress or the challenge for Feb 2024 on either my phone or my watch.
