Game ‘Patterned’ has stopped the daily puzzle

My game Patterned has stopped giving me the new daily puzzle: after playing September 29 it shows the next daily puzzle will be available on September 30 but it doesn’t open when I tap it..stuck after September 29..I’ve unloaded and reloaded the game app but nothing changes. My account is active and paid for through the next two weeks. Anyone have this issue or know what has happened and how to fix it ?

thank you..I live chatted with an apple support person and he told me to update the game, which I then did with complete success...so now I am playing the daily puzzle without any issues....just wish Patterned had notified me that an update was required to continue playing daily puzzle.

It sounds like you're having an issue with a third-party app. If so, when stating you unloaded and reloaded do you mean closed the app or reinstalled? Let us know, and test the steps outlined in the article here: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open


Should the issue continue after completing the steps, contact the app developer to report the issue as well and see if they can help push the new content to your device. How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
