My "Time To Leave" choice on Calendar events is disabled

Hi!


My Time To Leave choice on calendar events is still disabled even though my location based alerts are turned on, and Calendar has access to location while using and precise is on.


This was the case in ios16 I think it started but still is disabled after updating to IOS17


What else can I do?

PS the message says:


“Time to Leave

Requires Alerts and Shortcut animations to be on”


What is a shortcut animation and where can I turn it on?

You can find the setting to enable Alerts and Shortcut Automations in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > System Services.


If this setting is disabled, try enabling this setting and see if you're able to use the Time to Leave option in the Calendar app again.
