iPhone will randomly drop internet connection

For the past several days I’ve been experiencing an internet connection issue. Whether I am using WiFi or LTE/5G my phone will eventually not be able function. I lose the ability to use social media, safari, anything that requires internet. The only way I have been able to fix this is by turning off my phone and then turning it back on and it will fix itself for a period of time. But after some given time I have to rinse and repeat.


Is there any known solutions to this problem?

Let's use the steps below to make sure that your iPhone is all up to date:


1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.


You can also find those steps in this resource: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support Updating can sometimes help address odd behaviors.


Should that still persist, are you still able to make and receive phone calls when this occurs?


Additionally, do you use a VPN or any security software with your iPhone?
