I don’t have to App Store on my iPad

I have an iPad and I don’t have and app store so I can’t download apps. But I do have and app called manager and it does download apps but just not the certain app that I would like to get.

Are you using an iPad this is owned or managed by a Business/Enterprise or Educational establishment? If so, the iPad will very likely have a management policy applied that restricts the Apps that can be installed on the device - and may have disabled/hidden the Apple App Store App.

If you are using a managed device, you'll need to seek assistance from the System Administrator that manages your iPad.
