I can I change payment method for iCloud

I’m have I cloud+ on auto pay on my Apple car and I want to change what card i pay it on.

Any payment, be it new or reoccurring, defaults to the primary payment account on file. So you would need to add a new payment method and/or reorder existing payments so a new option is on top.
