my Iphone 13pro will not allow me to add new email
I noticed that I can not view my Apple ID info nor add new email account on my Iphone

Are there any restrictions on your device with Screen Time? You can learn more about Screen Time restrictions here:

Another possibility is if this is a work or school provided device, there may be a management profile restricting those changes.
If that's not the case, please provide more information about what happens when you try to add an email account or view your Apple ID on the device so that we can assist further.
