I purchased a Macbook, and it’s on hold because of the payment. I’ve decided to purchase in a store instead of online. How do I cancel? I don’t have the option to cancel.

You should have received an email purchase confirmation from Apple. At the bottom of that message are instructions regarding questions about orders.
