iPhone 15 Pro Stolen

If my unopened and sealed and not activated iPhone is stolen, can apple track that iPhone when they're setting up with an Apple ID (that has to belong to somebody). Can it also be track through wifi.

no, apple can't and nor can anyone else maybe apart from the police if they have the IMEI and get a warrant to force carriers to triangular track it, it's usually only used in missing persons cases

Is this the same iPhone 15 in the original post above that was unopened and not activated? If not, you will do better to start a new post and tell us what you can and cannot do as far as tracking the device.
