My Apple Watch face is off center

If WheelieNick's suggestion doesn't help, Forced Reset (reboot) your Apple Watch by pressing and holding both the Digital Crown and the Side Button until the white Apple logo appears, then release the buttons and let it restart.

Try and change your watch face to another face and then back again to see if the issues persist
