LG soundplate no longer fully responding

We'd like to help by ruling out some possible causes:

1. Is the option for Turn On Your TV with Your Remote enabled under Settings > Remotes and Devices?
2. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Turn Apple TV on or off
3. Have you already tried unpairing/pairing your Apple TV remote? You can find the steps to do this under 'Pair your remote' in this article: If your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote isn't working
