HDMI CABLE IPHONE IOS 16+

Hello - I just bought a mini projector to use on off grid camping trips and found out my Apple iPhone will not connect to the projector d/t the iOS upgrade. I download movies and series use while out camping. This is a big push to switch to Android - I thought Apple was the champion of fitness and free living? Are you going to provide a fix?

HDMI Lighting Adaptor Doesn’t Work on my new iPhone 14 Pro i can’t get my Apple HDMI adapter to work with my new iPhone 14 Pro. When I plugged th adapter into my phone I received the same message others have noted “Accessory Downloading accessory firmware. Your accessory will not function until the download completes”. Other post have suggested it’s an issue with the TV, but the adapter works with my wife’s iPhone 14 Max and my son’s iPhone 12. We are all using iOS 16.6
