Voice memo won’t play after update to IOS 17

Older voice memos play but the last one today won’t play. Plays on the other device that was not updated

voice memo audio not playing i recorded a audio recording and i when i finished i just turned off my phone and than went on with my day but than i come back and i cant press the options button or press play, i can only delete and recover it, it gives an option to enhance it but it doesn’t play even when you press play… i restarted my phone multiple times and it doesn’t do anything, everything is up to date
