Publishing a PWA in App Store

I have a question regarding publishing a PWA in App Store. What if I have a current native app with some downloads and feedbacks and want to replace it with a PWA but keep all the history behind the app? Does anyone know if I can do that easily or a PWA will have to be a completely new app? Thank you!

Unable to locate the "Enterprise App" under the "VPN and Device Management" section. I'm trying to download a game from the internet via an IPA file. It's completely free to download and comes from a credible source (my old phone didnt get a virus from it) I clicked on the app and it requires me to manually verify it by going to the "Enterprise App" section under general > vpn and device management. However, when I go to "Vpn and Device Management". i can't find the enterprise app section. All I can find is the "VPN" button and under it the "Sign to Work or School Account" button. Below is a screenshot of what i can see. I'm pretty sure there's supposed to be a "Configuration Profile" or an "Enterprise App" Section. Please help on how to find the enterprise app or configuration profile section! Iphone Model : 14 Pro Max
