Friend's Activity Showing up on Phone App but not on Apple Watch

I recently got the iphone 15 and also the ultra watch 2. Since I purchased both, I have not been able to see my friend's activities on my watch. However, I can see it on my phone. My fiance is also having the same issue after she updated to iOS17. She also is no longer getting my competition invites.

Sharing for Apple Fitness Not Showing on Phone For sharing between friends, our activity is shown on my Watch, but not on the finess app on my phone. I'm not sure why it would show all of my friends information on my Watch, but just show a loading screen on my phone. Any help would be great, thanks!

I’ve tried everything about sharing activity on my apple watch but still not working ? Please can you help me solve this problem. Thank you Can’t add friends on fitness app to share activities.
