Has anyone else experienced this?
After the update, the phone rebooted and is not able to connect to the cellular network. Message is: "an update is required to use cellular data on this iphone"
Tried resetting network, reinstalling the same update via iTunes. Still not working.
Genius bar was no help - their solution is to replace the phone innards.

After updating to ios 17.0.2 on iphone 12, the cellular network no longer works
