I’m trying to upgrade my son’s iPhone for a bday gift. When in the Apple Store app, I am unable to find his device listed (or any if my other family members devices, for that matter). What can I do to get their devices to show up in the Apple Store app so I can get them upgraded (as a gift).
You cannot. Family Devices would not show up on your account, only on the family member's accounts. Why do you need them to appear? Are you planning on Trading them in?
If so, you would need to gather the relevant information directly from the relevant devices, and then add the trade in manually.
