Apple Mail crashes constantly

I turn mail on and it freezes immediently , when it finally comes on you get the wheel of death., You can't do anything. I have tried everything mentioned to no avail.....Help! I am using Using Sonoma

Can you provide any details on what you've tried thus far to correct the issue?

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode and see if anything changes? (I'd provide a link on how to do that, but you didn't say which Mac you have).

If Mail doesn't crash while in Safe Mode, but does when you boot normally, then I'd go back to Safe Mode and try rebuilding your mailbox: Rebuild mailboxes in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

It is doing it on 3 of my computers. Mac Mini intel, 2018 MacBook Pro, and my oldest computer, a Mac Pro mid 2010,.

I tried safe mode, tried Force quit, tried removing literally thousands of saved emails,

Tried deleting and reinstalling email accounts (i have over twenty as i do work for a non profit). tried reinstalling os, before Sonoma update and it still does it, with Sonoma. My mail cpu runs from 3% to 200%

And a couple of other things, like CleanMy Mac, which didn't do squat.

I have a Mac Pro mid 2010, a MacBook Pro 2017, and Mac Mini I purchased in jan 2020, has intel i7. all are doing the same thing. Yes we tried Safe mode which did not help.

when Apple rep was helping me we tries all the combinations actions to get my Mac Mini to work, to a point of not being able to use the keyboard keys. so now I am really stuck.
