Why am I seeing that my account has been disabled I can’t even do updates

I am not able to do anything on my phone. I need to update an app and I keep getting this message

Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open.
