How to update trusted phone number on Apple ID when locked outta Apple ID email.
Trying to update my phone number on my Apple ID.I don’t have access to the email or the phone number I used to get the verification code.

In order to access or change information on your Apple ID, you need to be able to log into it. If you have an alternate device using the same Apple ID, you can follow the steps at Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support under "Get a code from Settings on your trusted device".
If you don't have any other device, then you'll need to follow the steps for account recovery here: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support
