Why I can’t see my husband location even if it shows that he shared location with me?

My husband shared location with me but I can’t see his location. I used to see it and now I can’t anymore. He can see my location

Hi Idlingsa,

To see your husband's location. we recommend that he tries the steps here: Share your location with iPhone - Apple Support

To perform the recommended troubleshooting steps via the link above, complete the steps in the section titled "Share your ongoing location in real time."

You can share your Live Location — which lets friends and family follow your ongoing location in real-time — in either Find My or Messages. With Live Location, people that you have shared your location with can even get a sense of the direction that you're traveling in and how fast you're going.

Regardless of which app that you start from, your location is shared in the same ways.
To share Live Location, both you and the person that you’re sharing with need an iPhone with iOS 15 or later.

Start sharing your ongoing location using Find My
1. In Find My, tap the Me tab and turn on Share My Location.
2. Tap the People tab, tap the Add button  , then tap Share My Location to add a friend and start sharing your location. If you're part of a Family Group, you'll already see your family members.
3. Choose to share your location for an hour, until end of the day, or indefinitely.

Start sharing your ongoing location using Messages
* Tap the Plus button  to share your Live Location right in the conversation. The person or people in that conversation can tap on your location message to find you on a map and get directions to your ongoing location.
* You can also tap the name of the person or group at the top of the conversation. Then tap Share My Location (or tap Request Location to request that they share with you).
* Choose to share your location for an hour, until end of the day, or indefinitely.

We recommend the steps above because they will show you how your husband can share his ongoing location in real time.

Please let us know the outcome after giving the above steps a try.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

Cheers!
