Running macOS Monterey 12.7 but cant download the Pages app

Can't download the Pages app, it says macOS 13.0 or later is required. I have a Macbook Air (2017), and version 13 Ventura is only available for Macbook Air 2018 or later. Is there any way to install this app?

No. The Mac App Store requires macOS 13. or later to install the current version of Pages v13.2.

You can get the last compatible version of Pages for Monterey 12.7, provided you have installed Pages previously from the Mac App Store and using the same Apple ID. If you haven't, or the Mac had Pages preinstalled, then there is no means to get any version of Pages now.

Launch the Mac App Store. Sign in with your Apple ID. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchases panel, and if Pages is there with any indication that it can be installed, then click that. Do not Cancel any subsequent dialogs and this may result in your having the last compatible version of Pages for Monterey installed.
